The legislative framework regulates this process: if an employee has proven himself well, was not noticed in administrative and even more other offences, fulfilled all the contract conditions, the extension of the visa permit is not a problem.

  • Self-employed members of the Board of Directors of local organizations;
  • Trade representatives of foreign companies registered with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • Foreigners permanently residing in Bulgaria;
  • Sent to Bulgaria on official business.
