Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary posted to France at the People's Republic of Bangladesh embassy is His Excellency (H.E.) Mr. Paulo Cesar de Oliveira Campos

Mr. Paulo Cesar joined the diplomatic career by competition (1976) as Third Secretary. Then he is promoted, on merit, Second Secretary (1979), First Secretary (1983), Counselor (1989), Second Class Minister (1996) and First Class Minister (2003).

He participated in the 1st FAO Course on Commodities as part of his diplomatic training at the Rio Branco Institute. He concludes the Third Diplomatic Improvement Course (1981) and the XXVIth Higher Studies Course (1993).

In Brasilia, Mr. Campos began his career in the Division of Specialized International Organizations (1977/80), became Deputy Director of the Commodities Division (1987/88), Deputy Director of the Division of Visits (1988 / 89), Director of the Visits Division (1989/90 and 1995/96), Deputy Director of the Protocol (1996/99) and Director of the Protocol of the Presidency of the Republic (2003/09).

He is assigned to the Brazilian Embassies in Washington (1980/83) - Cultural and Press Service and Congressional Relations Service; in Tokyo (1983/87) - Head of Trade Promotion Service; in Bonn (1991/93) - Head of the Trade Promotion Service; and again in Tokyo (1993/95) - Head of the Political Service and Head of the Consular Section. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Campos was Consul General in London and, from 2009 to 2015, Ambassador of Brazil in Madrid.

He is then appointed Ambassador in Paris, taking office on 3 July 2015 and presenting his credentials on 6 July of the same year. On October 27, 2015, Mr. Campos is also accredited as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil to the Principality of Monaco.
