Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary posted to France at the Republic of the Philippines embassy is Her Excellency (H.E.) Mrs. Theresa P. Lazaro

Her Excellency Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, a career diplomat for more than 30 years, has been the Philippines' Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France and Monaco and the Permanent Delegate of the Philippines to UNESCO since 23 April 2014.

During his career Mrs. Theresa P. Lazaro has served in a lot of capacities, among them:
