The new Permanent Representative of Brazil to the United Nations (Vienna), Ricardo Neiva Tavares, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, presented his credentials today to the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Yury Fedotov.
